I showed up ten minutes late and they still honored the appointment. The process was incredibly streamlined and the contacts (Precision1) feel incredibly comfortable. Also, the discounted polarized sunglasses were a great addition ($20 with purchase of year’s supply of contacts which has a rebate).

My appointment was at 10 am. I was called back at 10, tech was prompt and knowledgeable. After tech finished the testing, Dr. Walker came in and promptly tested my prescription and answered my questions. No waiting

Dr. Knight is amazing! The staff at Strong vision center are very knowledgeable, courteous, and caring at EACH location. I’ve gotten the pleasure of meeting Dr. Strong as well and I must say this is the best experience from any eye doctors office I’ve ever had which is why I keep returning. Major props for Dr. Strong for having a great staff who carry great customer service. Dr. Knight always have a positive attitude and she makes sure you understand everything about the appointment and answers all questions. In a recent dermatologist appointment the doctor pointed out a concern about an area in the upper inner edge on the lower eyelid of my right eye. Plan was to contact a group of eye doctor specialists: eye surgeons and eye plastic surgeons, if after several weeks of over the counter medication the eyelid did not improve. Note, I have a 22 year history of skin cancers. The eyelid issue had not improved. My wife suggested I call Strong Vision, because I have been their patient for 23 years. I called that morning and explained my wish to be seen ASAP. It was 10 a.m. The associate asked, can you be here at 11:40 to see Dr. Knight? I said, yes, I will be there. We arrived at the Strong Vision location 30 minutes early. I sat in waiting area about 5 minutes, and was then taken to an examination room and an associate began the preliminary interview and examination. Within 10 minutes Dr. Knight entered the examination room and spent some 25 minutes with me. She diagnosed my condition, Meibomian Gland Dysfunction (MGD), exited the room for a minute and returned with a treatment kit. She explained how to use the treatment kit, twice a day. Dr. Knight answered my questions. Afterwards, several associates took me to another examination room and took very high resolution photos of both eyes. Dr. Knight then entered that room, and welcomed my wife to see the photos with me. The photos clearly showed evidence of MGD in both eyes, lower and upper eyelids. Their was clear evidence of blocked Meibomian Glands. I was amazed at the clear diagnosis. Dr. Knight is everthing I want in a doctor! I am grateful for Dr. Knight and the staff of professionals at Strong Vision. I had been thinking I might have cancer in my lower right eyelid. I departed Strong Vision a joyful man, and my wife was joyful, too!!

The place is clean and organized. From Dr. Knight to the staff, they are exceptional. Sean and Cinthia were very helpful. They helped me choose the right eyeglasses and decided which frame fit me, since I'm very choosy about what I buy for myself. Overall, I will recommend this place to my family and friends.

As soon as I entered the office the staff greeted me warmly. The lady checked me out before seeing the Dr was professional. Dr Pezzia throughly checked my guncky eyes and prescribed drops. She was very professional.

Loved my doc. Office staff super friendly. I forgot to ask her about a plastic surgeon referral for down the road. my left thyroid eye needs lifting -- also a script for. Miebo. I forgot to ask her to look at my eyes. left eye extra itchy and has history of sties (down into my cheek).
